With The Good, The Bad and the Ugly we look at Good (5 star), Bad (3 Star) and Ugly (1 star) reviews of some of the best and worst films on offer. All the reviews are from Amazon. This first Installment we are looking at ‘Schindler’s List’.
It’s hard to disagree with this statement, Steven Spielberg is, if not underestimated, certainly taken for granted. The consistent quality of his work is outstanding.
I watched Schindler’s List in school (in English I think, not sure why), and it was definitely one of the highlights of my education… not sure what that say’s about UK schools in the early noughties though to be honest.
A kinda weird 5 Star review but, yeah, don’t watch this film on a tablet on a train.
In fairness, there’s not actually much wrong with Andy’s statement here.
You start to think Damian’s making a good point but… The Price is Right?!
Ahh come on Sheila, this isn’t how ratings work.
Yeah come on Speelberg you cheapskate, stop filming in Black and White, it’s no longer 1978 (when every film was monochrome)
This human looks for very specific things in films, but in fairness they’re right.
This film is PROOF that Steven Spielberg is a Nazi sympathiser.
